PS+, 3 "free" games per month, games are only free and playable while PS+ subscription is still going.
XBL Gold, 2 free games per month, games are free, for ever once "bought", and are still playable even without Gold.
It's up to you, the person with the money to see what you are willing to spend. I don't care what people spend their money on, it's your money.

"PC" isn't a closed platform. You do have to pay to play (most) MMO's though.

WoW is only one, there are plenty others, look at EVE Online. EVE only has a bit over 500k subscribers, but it's growing. Subscription based stuff isn't going anywhere.

When you take about the conditions in India , its really hard for a middle class family to pay 50$ every year to play games , think of it man . You are just taking the people who have got money to pay for games , but when it comes to Indians and most of the other countries , it's really hard and no one will buy it . Am pretty sure PS4 will get a lot of customers than XB1

If you can afford a $600 console, and an internet service, you can afford $4 - $5 per month to play that $600 console you needlessly bought, if you can't afford it, then you shouldn't have bought it. It sounds harsh, but, you do the research before buying it and way up the costs beforehand.
PS4 will require PS+ (same price as XBL Gold) to allow you to play online, so, you won't be any better off.
