Love Oregon :D Wet, moist, rain, clouds, forests, Portland (best city in thr world btw). Plus California pays us for electricity :D We have dams and wind turbines. They can't because water and lot's of other problems like budgets. Oregon has like the 3rd state with the most economic growth. California is our b***ch.

By to topic so yeah with all the rivers and rain we don't have water problems. Our water is very clean and pure because we get lot's for the ice melting in the mountains.

Yeah it is dirty, you're washing yourself with your own dirt. That's why people take showers after a bath to get rid of the dirt/oil that has accumulated on them

Take a shower like a normal person. Baths are just for women or people who don't mind wallowing in their own filth. You don't get clean by scrubbing off your sweat and BO into the water you're sitting in.
