Download Win7 x64 and make a BOOTABLE USB stick (Needs at least a 8GB USB Stick)

Just get a 8 GB or bigger USB Stick and I explain u, EASY.

Why do you think people hire computer techs to fix simple things? They run a shit load of programs and overuse everything and then ask why everything is so slow. haha
