When I was 29 without a single rune, I almost switched to a new account because I was soo vastly underpowered.

runes make or break you. I think I have had 5 completed pages for a while after I buy all the champs I am buying all the runes. I already have the majority or them though. But before that I am buying 15 more rune pages.
