>the population is 1 person per square mile (only taking into account landmass, meaning 92 million people in the world down from 7 billion).
>you can not do anything you dont have the means to do e.g fly a plane, lock pick, hot wire unless you can now (but you can learn provided you actually know where the fuck to go.)
>no electricity, no running water, no gas supply.
>all pets and animals are still alive and where they were left.
