The quenue time is 1 year and that's when they actually grade your account if it's worthy enough for activation. I've submitted a request a little over a year ago and still havent gotten a reply about it.

Considering your account, I doubt they will accept it as most approved accounts are the ppl that have been playing since season one or prior.

I've had a pbe account for about 5 or so months I think. Ever since they changed the way they give out pbe accounts. Your main account cannot have been banned for you to get one I think. Hazy also has one but yea who knows what happened to him. I go on pbe about once a week. Mainly to test out new champs or champs I don't have or to test team builder or new patches.
