Its nothing, i think u were inactive for a while so u may not heard...
There were plans of making an elite subclan called BiG in SmG.... but the idea was kind of ditched halfway
All the forums of the elite clan were put in Halo Ce section.
Thats why there are a couple of new forums which are actually inactive--General Chat, Information, Current News etc.
