Yes. Because velkoz support can actually work. Kinda. They played it in the challenger series in eu. He has the cc to set up fights and peel a bit but is quite squishy. Kinda like a morg but squishier and not as long of cc. Vayne only has condemn for cc and the only way she would be able to really help would be by building dmg and she would be very under fed.
