everyone in the clan actively playing league is out of bronze aside from those that don't play regularly (gohan and claymore)
I dont know what you're trying to prove but it all depends on your individual skill cap. There is no "one" elo hell as everyone experiences a different "elo hell". This is merely restricted by your personal mechanics and until you can improve enough to carry your team, you'll be stuck in "your" elo hell.
