My advice: get a job asap and code as a hobby, college is expensive and money doesn't last too long.
have you started programming yet? If so what language? if you want mobile app development java is a good place to start. C++ is a harder language, but is another good language.
things to learn for programming: loops, arrays, methods/functions, using classes for object oriented programming.
Anyway congratz on finishing high skul!

The unemployment rate in computer science is very very low (the lowest out of all the categories), so for sure you're going to get a job in computer science.
