I'm just soo glad that kayle's nerfs didn't make it through from pbe. Although this means that her ban rate will increase even further and consequently adieu to my ranked games.:/

changes in pbe usually make it over to live unless it's addressed by the testers, so if no one is complaining about the kayle changes then it'll most likely happen in a future patch

tbh, the nerfs to kha isnt that BAD. They just nerfed his r and reworked his q. His r doesnt really matter that much as it still gives stealth (unless ur going bruiser kha) and just build bloodthirster instead of hydra for increased single target dmg for his reworked q. As for evovling, r is still viable as it gives an extra cast + longer stealh duration.
