What phoenix mean is it's not viable in competitive play as there are more viable champions that scale and fit into the meta than an ap sona mid. Ap sona may be fine pre lvl 30 but once you play ranked you'll understand that the level of competence is quite low for her.

Not necessarily talking competitive. I used to do fiddle mid and it worked for a while. But then I realised that there were problems with it so I stopped playing him. Just trying to hope you can realise earlier that it doesn't work well against some other champions that are in the meta.
