@Alloy, yeah bro, I've already gained 2kgs, it will take a while for me to get fat though.
@SmG Phoenix, the doctor told me must have bent and twisted which makes sense because when I went to bend to pick it up I stumbled.

Quick little update: I have pyshio therapy starting next week, I get the splint and crouches off in 2 weeks so by the 2nd I will be walking and bending my knee again so I could sit on the computer but chances are slim that I will.
