So I've downloaded HCE, and I've installed with the patch 1.09. When i went to play did this:

How have the Administrator Privileges?

When you start Halo right click the icon and select 'run as administrator'.
Hopefully that works.

That worked, but when I try to play it tells me:
I can't play. :|



And I don't wanna a update.
