Australian Internet company's always say that with ADSL2+ you get a speed of 20 down but it never happens and when the speed is below 8 (ADSL2+ is guarantee 8 Mbs) and you complain they instantly boost it to around 10. They rip people off that don't know better and give them Internet that is an ADSL standard when they pay for 2+
