That's a lie. Someone who has unlocked lvl 5 can invite those who don't even have lvl 2 unlocked.

Once you get a trynd or another hardcore split pusher with a few items and u have a decent 4 man squad to protect your base it's not that hard. And of course a diamond will do good. It will be about like playing a low plat for them.
