That is the reason why the ranking system is broken. I'm not a Dota Elitist but Dota has a way better match making and ranking system. All you have to do is report a troll (which you need majority complaints) and they will be send off to a specific matchmaking for trolls. So trolls will always play with other trolls and not ruin the game for everyone else.
