We need total of 24 credits. Each credit is one semester grade. AP is the abbreviation of advanced placement. It's pretty much a collage level class where you can get collage credit and high school credit in the same time. But to do so you need to pass the AP test that comes with the class.

Pros for AP classes - Collages/Universities will be interested in students who take these classes because it means their challenging themselves. Also they are ahead start in collage because they already got their collage credit from taking AP classes in high school.

Con - It is fuckin hard. Plus it won't be guaranteed that you will pass the AP test.

@ Rebel, thanks for the advice, i found it very helpful. :) And yes im a year younger than you but this is my senior year. I skipped a year of torment with my knowledge.

@ Beasty, it's pretty retarded. AB basically means first semester (A) and second semester (B) of calculus learning, and C means third semester of calculus learning. Basically the farther you go in the alphabet the harder it gets. AP Physics C is physics with hard calculus.

AP Calculus BC is basically just second year calculus.
AP Physics C is the hardest physics class out of all Physic classes in high school. It's calculus and physics combined.

I took 5 ap classes my senior year. My school didn't offer ap computer science or physics c or I would've taken them. It really depends on the teachers and the work load you are going to get. Also are you the type of person who picks things up very quickly or do you have to work and study hard for things? F you are the first group you should be okay but the second group you probably shouldn't. Also why are you taking computer science if you are going into the medical field?

Our education system is pretty bad. You see an A in a class means nothing about how much you learned from that class. It's just how much work you have done. An A should mean that you know the subject not how much homework or projects you have done. You can still fail if you passed all the tests but had low scores on projects and homework.

I might be wrong but I don't think you need physics for medicine. I say no. If you do end up needing it in the long run, it would probably be better (in my opinion) to just go back to take the course. I remember you being a year younger than me so I assume you are in grade 11?

You don't need physics for grade 12 if you're going to medicine I took it in grade 11 but taking it again just for background. Still not sure if I want to do medicine or medical. I say you take it. You'll end up changing your decision on becoming something else maybe.
