Yeah but then it's harder with last hitting due to the health bars being smaller and skill shots would be slightly harder because you have to be more precise.

Yes, basically I think all FoV gadgets to any video games is cheating.

If you have ever learned about hacks in games. Some hacks are from the code of the game too.
