He wouldn't need the mobi boots if he took heal and tele instead of flash and barrier. Especially barrier, why take that when thresh's lantern gives a smaller sheild for a fraction of the cool down? Especially considering with Ionian boots he would have even more CDR.

Don't listen to Ray he gives bad advice to people so that he looks better by comparison, you should just listen to me because I know everything remember?

PS. his carry was a jinx so he didn't need exauhst either way. If he ran tele instead he could have tele'd to wards or creeps and put pressure on the other lanes when they weren't in a team fight.
