There is a big problem with him though, his passive seems very useless in dominion.

Passive has a 3 min cd AFTER his passive turret goes down. Only 1 tower up and after a minute it self destructs if not killed by minions

Oh really? I thought it was permanent and he could do it to as many towers as he likes with no cooldown.

That seems kind of useless.

Well it kinda punishes those who decide to stand near their turret when it's low, and it also stops the lane from pushing so i think it's somewhat useful, you can stall one lane and focus the others.

Same, I was bummed when i found out. Remember he jsut came out on PBE. So maybe they will buff him. Anyway his skill cap is HUGE.
