Hey guys im only just starting LOL and i was wondering what is the best way to kill another player without dying?

Don't attack under turret, attack then fall back, make them low then go full ham.

That's not the best advice for a new player.
I reckon don't focus on killing players, focus on farming, itemisation, dragon or baron timers and getting turrets. As a new player, mechanics is not easy and comes with time. So it is best just to play passively and focus on your own game rather than beating other's game.

watch a few games by higher elo players to find out how the game is played. nightblue3 does a pretty good job teaching the jungle role. dont remember others off hand for other roles. to learn how to kill someone basically takes experimentation and a bunch of games. what i think is the best to do is learn how each role works and the different strengths and weaknesses of roles and champs. once you do that just play a bunch of games and you will eventually learn what to do to kill someone in most any given situation. there is no real overarching principle that applies to killing people without dying because almost every situation is unique

watching pros who take the time to explain what they are doing and why are good for learning the basic principles of the role and how the role works as a part of the team which is very helpful.
