I'm sorta bored and out of options here. My parents hate me playing games, but wouldn't mind me playing drums. Here's a small backstory:
I played consistently when I was younger for like 6-7 years. But since then, I've played little. Awkward to say, but for me to get back to my 'prime' I need like 1-2 weeks of intense playing. In terms of music I'll be covering, that may be entirely up to you! I will probably be covering some music I listen to for the time being, like:

So now I wonder if you guys would watch my videos or not. I've laid grounds on what equipment I may need to buy, programs to install and learn to use, etc. So all in all, this could cost a thousand dollars and probably a week or 2 of my time to 'get good'. Video would be fiddly and I might need one of my parents to do it. Not sure if they would be too keen.

I just want to know whether or not you guys would support me and give ideas, maybe spread the word if you like it. :) Thanks, guys.

Just do it *****. Do what you want. Become the hope of OCE or snort some coke and learn to play second heartbeat on the drums. Who cares as long as you're happy.

Unfortunately, they don't support that. So I might have to do a mix of them. But yeah, I don't have anything great to cover. My skill is at max level this:

If you really want your videos/streams to go somewhere(as in gain some popularity), I don't think these are the right forums to spend your time on. Even if a couple of people say they are interested in your videos. They will at most only watch a few of them and more importantly will not be able to provide valid and specific feedback for improvement.

I'm not trying to put you down, but since you mentioned "spread the word". Posting in reddit/ specific forums for such things might actually get you closer to your goal.

If these topics are just for conversation, by all means go ahead.
