I'm putting 20 bucks that the champion is Sion. Rito has been discussing about his rework and leaked information said that they are going to finish him near the end of the season, it's close to that and the story about this champion is quite related to Sion.

They are both raised from the corps...they are both mentioned as "undead champions", both have axis and weird looking heads. It can't be a coincidence.

Its already been announced as the "Sion rework promotional teaser".

Regarding the actual rework itself. I'm quite interested, hopefully he will become a top lane champion worth investing time into.
