im pretty sure they would rather get RP then IP considering the majority have played countless of games and have accumulated IP in the 100k already. I dont see why rp would be an issue as a reward.

It's not an issue. It's just that it isn't really needed either. Oddone was like 10 million IP or something and 100,000 RP last time I went on his stream.
Most people would prefer irl money in Challenger.

No, his stream is up right now and has 300k IP and 5k RP. Besides, riot isnt gong to give out free money anyways as rp is the next acceptable reward by consensus.

at least the nerfed the duration at early levels, but it still lasts long enough for you to go make a meal, eat it, and then come back.

My all time favorite support will always be janna. I 'carried' myself out of silver with her.
Its funny that she was at most only occasionally played a month ago and now because of how popular she's been in worlds her pick rate in soloq has gone up by nearly 10%. I had read that she wasn't worth a pick in competitive because her laning was really weak and she had no hard engages nor any peel. People only liked all in supports at the time.
Now its turning out that her disengages and ability to protect the carry is a very desirable quality. Its the reason she's being played.


Interesting how the meta and champion popularity change over time. The old OP champs become forgotten relics over time.

We already have a Victorious Janna skin..... That won't work. Also for some of the things picked in the championships, they are quite team reliant. For example, Ori kinda requires follow up. Janna as well, if you engage with her, your team is expected to follow up with your plays, unlike Thresh, you land a hook, you win.
