    Well he did go rouge and so ONI is after him. I kinda support ONI in this one. Chief should have not gone rouge.

    The video was taken down so if you guys are wondering what happened.

    Agent Locke met Arbiter and he told him that he was hunting down Master Chief.
    Then Arbiter told about his complicated relationship with Chief.
