They're remaking Halo: Combat Evolved.
Since it was and, still is their best, or most played Halo game, probably due to how easy it is to, not buy.

I can say, I have completed the whole campaign on H1, on Legendary and few times, the game is just good.
Graphics, are quite bad, but for game made in like 2001. Not too shabby.

But, another Halo, in the series, to be honest, playing Reach campaign, didn't feel like playing Halo to me.
Yes, I knew it was Halo, due to the little Grunts and other assorted Covenant scum around me.
But the way it was portrayed and also, the graphics, didn't feel right to me.

I do much prefer playing Mouse, Keyboard, except my keyboard is as lazy, if not more so, than ME.

But another Halo would not be right, what they need to do is release a Halo game that isn't based on a Story, have a Multiplayer only version of the game, maybe.
They tried and RTS, that was a bit of failure, but some diehard Halo fanboys and fangirls still loved it, it's Halo.
By far their best game, but it's still Halo.
Some RTS fanpersons got into Halo because of it, and RTS on Xbox they say, play this I shall, they do. -*said as Yoda*

Verdict:
Do I want another Halo: Yes, and No. It would be nice, but I would rather they don't release it within the next year. It will ruin Reach.
Does the community want another Halo: Yes, they want more Halo, but what do they want in it? That is the question.
Should there be another Halo game: No. Unless they do the remakes, or bring the games to PC, save PC gaming.

all i really want is for microsoft to continue the epic story of the master chief i wanna know everythin thats going to happen and stuff of course yeah theyre going to have to make multiplayer beast but what most people want is for master chief to come back

i luv everything bout halo. the live and the campagin is great. Playing reach really does not feel like halo it feels so diffrent. i hope in h4 they add back the dual wield cuz i enjoy using two guns when i wana play around. I really miss the h1 pistol tho, id like them to bring it bak with probally 4 or 5 shots and the normal amount of ammo it had b4. which was 12 shots in each mag. h1 really was a great game but the lead on the pc is wat killed it.
