Is it possible to maybe give admins some founder rights?

Only a founder can give out the founder permission. For example Hoax gave me founder permission. Also Cloud and Hoax will NOT give out founder rights to any of the admins (well not anymore).

Well you see I think the major problem here is that Cloud never reads his PM's. Like I still have a pending PM from May of 2012.

It's a well known fact that Cloud doesnt read his PM's, it means you need to communicate with him in a different way :)
