Kind of.

The idea is that Humans are slowly adding technology into themselves. It isn't like Exo suits where it is a utilities. But technology that is actually part of you.

Are people slowly becoming less human and more tech? That is the idea.

We already know there is a faction that is against technology advancements. I just waiting how all this fits the Black Ops lore.
