What I am meaning is, Bungie still looks after Halo 3 and Halo: Reach.
Maintenance, Websites, Map, etc.
Bungie control the Reach stats, and all of that.
343 are basically Bungie, just a different name anyway.

Microsoft "own", Halo, as a name, as a franchise.

everything pirates saying is true. 343 industries is now taking control of Halo, cuz bungie left microsoft to go join activision. When they left the rights to Halo wre left to Microsoft, so pretty much they can only do little things with Halo. But, a couple Bungie people moved to 343 industries because they wanted to keep on workng on Halo. Anyways 343 industries will make the next Halo, and so forth . :)
