I did some searching and it also not just a Windows 10 problem. XP, Vista, and 7 had similr problems too. Just the troubleshooting is different.

What exactly do you mean you click it? You start up windows click the start button and it crashes?

So if I right click on any program. When it comes to the background or icons. My Windows crashes.

A possible solution is to check to see if you have any corrupt context menu commands from any third party extensions.

Like what software have you installed?
Did you upgrade from an earlier version of windows?
Are you sure windows 10 is a good idea, it's kind of a shitty operating system.
