There are also something called Nonverbal Spells. A way to not give out warning on what spell you are going to use. Harry used the Levicorpus and the Liberacorpus spell. And here is a catch he didn't use his wand. When he used the Liberacorpus on Ron, he used his hands. The Levicorpus was though his mind.

Edit: Also Hermione has the most accounts of Wandless spells and Nonverbal spells. Which makes sense because she is the brightest student in Hogwarts. But during their escape from the Ministry of Magic. Hermione did teach Ron and Harry useful spells.

If I remember correctly, he did that with a random flick of his wand while thinking about it. Pretty sure it was not with his hands. Something about Dean and Seamus laughing after and Ron wanting a better wake-up call in future. ;)

And if one of us went to hogwarts, we arnt necessarily going to be "powerful", so compared to a Jedi who will be able to use the force, the wizard will be faaarked

Again we're back to the idea of who's more powerful in their respective time line or in a 1v1. In a 1v1 Jedi would rek wizards/witches.

Honestly I would go with wizards, Jedi are powerful indeed. Against a highly trained wizard they would be useless.

inb4 lightzaberz are OP; A wizard could take it from them, they have no defense against magic.

inb4 the force; the force is powerful but has its limits and most Jedi probably could not fight the power of wizardry with the force.

So you are saying a Jedi could not fight against magic... whereas a wizard could fight against the force?
Most wizards are physically weak, whereas a Jedi is able to manoeuvre around and is not a weak piece of shit xD

A Jedi can dodge a projectile (spell), but the force cant be dodged ;)
