You are exaggerating. The Jedi have the greatest weakness. Emotion.

That is why the Jedi Order is flawed. The Jedi must not get emotional. That is why they fell. Their greatest flaw doomed them from the beginning. You see they believe anger, sadness, and vengeance is not the way to go. They never understood that these emotions can be an advantage. They can still feel anger and not surrender to the dark side.

Now Wizards use emotion and emotion is powerful. Much more powerful than any force of Nature. If they are angry they use their anger against their enemy. If they feel sorrow they will use their sorrow for their friends, family, and allies. That is how the magic inside them is released.

Put it this way. If a wizard tries to say something, he gets his throat crushed. And I think he'll be too busy writhing in agony before he has the mental concentration to think off a spell. And before he does that the Jedi cuts him in two GG. And plus when your suffocating I think you drop everything (including your wand) and you would try to get that grip to. He was talking about how each are flawed in their respective timelines such as Jedi being unable to harness emotion. However, I do disagree slightly on that idea.

The Jedi always believed that they must put aside they personal problems and emotions aside.

They never understand that you can still fear fear and anger and not submit to the Dark Side. Revan was both Jedi and Sith in his lifetime and he proved the Jedi wrong. That all the anger against Dearth Malak ended for the greater good for the galaxy. He ended the Jedi Civil War and ended Malak's domination.

Yes, you are proving my point. He used anger to beat Vader in their second duel. Was it the way of the Jedi? No. But Did he didn't submit to the Dark Side. Darth Sidious couldn't trick Luke in joining the Dark Side even when Luke used anger.

Again that is why the Jedi are flawed. Their weakness is not using emotional feelings. They're so paranoid thinking that anger is the way of the dark side.
