I prefer to look at it like I was freed from a shitty job instead of thrown out from my only source of income.

I work 7:30 to 4:00 monday through friday however lately i have been getting to work an hour early to prepare things for the day.

Because being on time is part of the job if you can't do that then request different hours or find a job where you can be on time. Literally every place I know of had strict policies about being on time. If you don't give a fuck about the job then be late but if you want to keep the job be on time simple as that. Oh and don't act like you have it rough I work two jobs and am taking four classes ATM. My life literally is either work school or occasionally hanging with the bros.
