Since I don't understand the context of 'new-meta-not-current-meta', I'll just say that 2 seasons ago, I was Blitz and my AD went afk, so I went AP tank instead of my usual build and won our game as a 4v5. Was great.

If you want cheese or troll on another level, take Taric top, build IBG, and just spam the taunt. Any Riven, Darius, or AD top will cry as you out trade them every time and just laugh in their face.

Max W for the ranged poke, because no one expects Tahm to go ranged. Back at 1200 and get the purple stone for long sustain. Stay in lane till around lvl 6 if possible, if you maxed W and worked on Q inbetween you should not have trouble keeping up. By this time you should be able to buy Rod of ages at ~10-15 minutes. TP into lane using the ward you cleverly hid in a bush earlier and let the instant damage spike win the fight.
