valve believes theres 2 many scrubs in global so they pushed everyone down 2-3 ranks
btw why do you play 4:3

Ahh, I just watched a video stating something similar to that. Playing 4:3 kinda makes your shots more accurate. I think its got to do with less visual tearing when you play on your monitor's resolution compared to 4:3. That's at least the explanation I've been told.
