    Ok guys SmG Storm has been promoted to Recruiting Director

    This means he is in charge of all the recruiters and recruiting.

    1. He can decide to choose new recruiters/or the rank current recruiters
    2. Change names for new SmG members.
    3. He can moderate the recruiting section.
