The map had a gap glitch which they never noticed till now. 343i said their gonna re-patch the map.

Since Halo 3 they would ban certain points of the map though gliches. For instance, it is illegal to plasma boost against the wall and enter a top level room on the map The Pit. It has Sniper viewpoints at all angles and it amazing cover even from a grenade or rocket launcher.

The whole idea is to make sure it doesn't become a thing when a team leads and they decide to glitch out a map so they can win.

Also, it is a 2,000,000 dollar prize pool. No one wants a team to get that money through some glitching.
