The only thing I can come up with is having a split screen option with a 720p with lower graphical fidelity with 30 fps.

No doubt that the Xbox One is not powerful and holding back 343 Industries on their projects. I think that is why they are moving to PC. Not only will it be a huge marketing strategy for their Windows 10. But it gives 343 Industries to expend Halo.

I just hope if they do bring it to PC we can get the Master Chief collection with Halo 3 anniversary with it.
