RE: Hey UK, what are you doing?

This whole Brexit and UK leaving EU is a battle between Nationalism and Globalism.

At any rate they have around 2 years to negotiate terms with the EU before initiating Article 50.

I agree, Brussels has taken many nations under hostage when it came to the Syrian refugee's. They destroy the sovereignty of each nation under the EU. I mean there are good things about the EU like free trade and being able to go to one country to another without restrictions for citizens. But I think these things can still be provided without the EU.

The UK leaving can also be a boost for NATO because the EU have been lowering their contribution. The Europeans have been freeloaders when it came to US military budget spending's to Europe. Which is ironic considering they make fun of us for not having universal healthcare. The only reason why we don't have health care is because our spending's to the military is high and part of it goes to NATO.

But in the end, Scotland will call for referendum and they will leave the UK. They are to dependent to the EU so once they leave they will join the EU. North Ireland will also leave and reunite with the Republic of Ireland because they want to remain in the EU as well.

John Oliver is always in favor of a centralized establishment. That is what he always talks about and favors.

The EU is a terrible system in which it keeps countries from remaining sovereign. Not only did they for the UK and other countries to take in migrants. But they forced the UK to pay billions of pounds to them. The Euro itself is terrible because it doesn't work for some countries. Me saying "Euro is doing well today" doesn't mean shit. It could be doing well in Germany but terrible in Spain. It is the most inconstant currency in the history of mankind. It isn't backed by gold or silver and it isn't controlled properly.

UK leaving the EU is the best decision. Not only do they control their immigration policy but they can now not be forced to give some amount of their wealth to the EU. They can also not worry about certain trade regulations that were placed by the EU.

Now you can say that Scotland and North Ireland will leave the UK so they can remain with the EU. But I don't think the EU would take Scotland or North Ireland because they are nations who don't make enough wealth for it to be worth it. The EU will spend billions on projects and programs in Scotland and North Ireland but in the end it won't get its money's worth because both countries have terrible economies. The EU are interested in UK's economy and not the individual states like North Ireland and Scotland.

So the sum everything up. The EU is a terrible system in which controls its nations culture and their rights.

Everyone knew that was going to happen when they leave the EU. It isn't surprising at all. Wall Street lost 2 trillion dollars within 8 hours. You have to understand the only reason why the world economy fell was because of the uncertainty for investors. They don't know if they should invest while the UK left the EU. The reason why the Pound dropped was because the UK pretty much lost all their imports and exports due to leaving the EU trade deal.

The UK will slowly recover. These things happen when countries completely change their policies and agenda. And if Scotland and North Ireland leave than that would even be better. They no longer need to spend as much on social programs. For the UK to fully recover they first need to shut down all the social programs. The Bank of Britain will also need to inject more into the British market to keep it stimulating. Once they let the money flow though the market they can now make new trade deals with the the EU, US, and other countries. From that they can regulate anything and create new social programs that work best with their new system.

Would it be better as before? No. But at least you no longer have to pay tax to the EU and have them pull your strings as if you are a puppet.
