Someone did not do their homework.

Bold Eagles: 6.6-14 Ibs (per mass)
Wedge Tail Eagle: 5.3-13.8 Ibs (per mass)

Bold Eagles have wider claw span than Wedge Tail Eagles by average of 0.8 cm

Also bold Eagles and 4 other species of Eagles hunt large ground mammals and even reptiles. Golden Eagles is one of those eagles.

So in other words. Hawk is fuckin communist who needs some freedom.
