Side-note. Nothing against Birdy here, but this doesn't make a whole lot of sense. We are 2 days into the next month and we have a new leader of the month? I don't think it carried on, because Stinger was the leader in September. So do leaders get randomly assigned a month where they get that award? :P No, but seriously, honest question.

Members vote for the Leader of the Month in the last week of that month. The votes (by PM) are then added up by me and the leader with the most votes is declared the winner at the beginning of the next month. He keeps that award for the following month until the next round of voting is completed. Votes are by members only. Winners are awarded a gold ring for that month.
There is a slight delay due to time zone differences to allow everyone the opportunity to vote.
