I think I've done that a few times in ranked. Was fun. You either catch Tracer just before her animation finishes or with a through the wall hook. Either works.

You can just get 6 roadhogs, save the ults, use them when they be defending.

The thing with roadhog hook is that it is a hitscan after about the mid way point. So if it detects it will hit you at that point, you are hit when the animation finishes regardless of your character has moved before the animation completes.
