Are these to test the server tools
or are these there, just to not let the server appear empty.... and thus they will appear on the list, If filters are "Dont Show Empty Servers" which is the usual setting...

I know what it is. Since you have to modify the hex in cheat engine those are the numbers that have to be modified.

Those defiantly look like addresses for CE.
Probably something with the new tool editing memory that it shouldn't be.
