So I enabled fast boot on my toshiba satellite L555 yes it's old but I need some files that are on their ,but I have an hp now, any way all I get is a black screen on the toshiba how can I disable the fast boot an I can't disable because it's not found in bios, also when I run safe mode it stops at "\windows\system32\DRIVERS\AtiPcie.sys" what can I do or do I have to restore it I don't have any back up's

Well mate, that's a rather troublesome error my friend. AtiPcie is a driver system file.
From what i've read so far some fixes that people have found so far is to remove the graphics card and use the motherboards VGA, however since it's a laptop it may not be that easy :/
If you have really important data on the disk try plugging in the HDD to another computer and retrieving from there, still may not work though.

Also, have you made any other changes to the BIOS? If so restore to default and see if that helps.
