Tie a plain knot first
Then make 2 loops from the respective anglets
Make a plain knot with those loops
Voila! You have successfully tied your laces

Optional - Make sure the half length of a loop matches the remaining length of the lace for a masterpiece.

PS - You could just tie a knot around your neck and hang yourself to end this misery.
