Well, there's a trade off. The simpler the language is with what you're doing, the less options to do that thing you have readily available. In that example that Hawk gave, while yeah, Python is ridiculously simple there, there's nothing visible that I can see that would let you customize what you're printing. C and C++ look like it would be easier to include another modifier in there to make it come out differently.

What's Visual Basic? I've never heard of that one before. Also, what are the different programming languages used for, generally?

Visual Basic is a derived version of Basic created by Microsoft. Many applications were written using this.

Other Languages like we have Low Level and High Level Categorisation.

Then there's web Languages.

That is true. Most institutes use VB as an introductory for beginners. It won't be as simple as Python but its structure is quite similar to the other languages. Learning this will make it easier for you to switch to other languages. Just my opinion on the matter.

HTML and CSS are not programming languages.

My first programming language was C. You could give it a try. It's not as hard to begin programming with as others claim.
I would, however, recommend Python or Javascript.
Stay away from PHP.

I do C in school atm but I was trying to do another one for more experience and etc I'll probably end up doing Python
