I'm curious as to what people's plan are for their majors/post-college careers. I'd rather wait to share mine until after I see some others, mostly because I feel like it's kind of... bragging? I'm not sure how to describe it, but that's not really it. I dunno, I just fell like mine is really strange, and I'd like to see what everybody else has. :)

Currently working in a cafe.

Degrees I've just finished:
Certificate IV in Hospitality
Certificate IV in Leadership and Management
Bachelor of Networking

As soon as I get my transcript and completion letter (should be tomorrow) ill start applying for network admin or network Engineering jobs. If I don't get anything after a while ill then start applying for help desk or internships to get my foot in the door and then work my way up.
May also start a little pc making business at home. But dont have the time for it lately.

Do internships man. I worked at two professional places as a paid intern and I am in my Junior year atm.
It helps alot.

1 more year and I've finished with Masters. Hopefully doc then post-doc and finally some academic position.

1.5 years to finish my Bachelors, haven't really thought about Masters yet, but I kinda have the urge to do it. I'll guess I'll see how it goes.

I'll be also looking for an internship once I complete my 2nd year (End of this year hopefully)

Those are some cool plans, guys! My plans currently(haven't gotten into the specifics yet, I don't plan to start college for another 2 years) are:

Go to CalTech and get:
Doctorate in Quantum Mechanics
Doctorate in Astrophysics(dunno if there are more specific fields in these, haven't really looked into them all that much)

If I can't get into CalTech, I'll either look at some similar schools, or go to ASU for a bit before I reapply.

Eventually I want to get into research in those two fields, so that means(I think) that I'd become a professor, but I'm not sure.

Pretty sure you want a doctorate and then do post-doc work. Not do another doctorate. And I'm pretty sure 1% of all post docs end up as professors.
