not if you are low SR yourself lmao. What the fuck is the point in playing phara if you can't direct hit? Yeah their hitscan may be buns but as you climb their soldiers and mcrees are gonna get better before you do due to the nature of their respective skill floors.

You're basically telling him to autistically play hard champs over and over until he can figure out how to make it work. I'm not really sure in what world that constitutes good advice for someone whos mmr is literally lower than the average? It's like in league. Why the fuck would you tell someone in b5-1 to keep playing Yasuo, Zed, and Vayne over and over until it clicks instead of just gittting gud with annie and climbing to where he can learn how the game is actually supposed to be played? That's terrible advice.
