I was DMG on my main last month but i havent played for a good while and now im MGE. I play with eagles regularly but i've become rusty at the game since all I play now is PUBG and Destiny 2.
Honestly the only good way to be good is to just to play it more. This game literally revolves around muscle memory and reaction speed. GL and may the hackers be in your favor.

Oh and if you can afford it, get a high refresh rate monitor/large mousepad. Both will increase your accuracy in game.

First of all don't get into the competitive scene till you have a good sense of maps and game mechanics. Try playing Deathwatch and Casual very often to sharp your skills. You don't want to be a dull blade lmao.

And some tips: 

Learn the spray control for the main weapons like M4A4, A1s, AK by just holding down left click on a wall. After that try to reverse the spray which will lead to more bullets landing in the same spot rather than the erratic spray on the weapons.
